Es ecoturismo, el concepto esta muy bien pero requiere más mantenimiento a las palapas, las camas cubo tienen rotas las cortinas, ya no tienen sombra y la pintura se esta cayendo. No me dieron clave wi fi No hay tv en la habitación

The place is good to visit with dogs, it has large open areas to enjoy, gardens are lovely and the beach is cleaner than those around. They could improve the furniture at the beach and play ground area, as well as the roof at the main palapa.

Relajación al mil!

La verdad es que la estancia fue lo esperado, sin embargo, en la pagina del lugar hablan de cosas que ya no existen o que ya hay (ejemplo el restaurante que ya funciona, y ellos avisan que no tienen en su pagina.) Pero a lo que íbamos que era descansar, fue estupenda la estancia! y ni se diga la amabilidad del staff, todos super capacitados.

Podía haber sido mucho mejor...

En general bien aunque se debería poner atención a los detalles. El último día un perro ajeno a los huéspedes atacó a mi perro. El animal era súper agresivo y no tenía correa y me mordió. Muy desagradable el incidente y en general muchos perros sin correa. Las instalaciones están un poco deterioradas con las palapas agujeradas, sillas rotas, las camas cubo sin colchones, el menú con un montón de faltantes y ni toallas ni camastros en la alberca. Un poquito de atención a esto le daría un giro total a su negocio. Felicidades a Goyo, a la cocinera, a Silviano y a Mauricio. Su atención excelente. Lamentable que en La Cocina solo haya una persona aún con el lugar lleno.

Pudiese ser mejor hotel

El hotel tiene mucvhas posibilidades de ser un muy buen hotel mas sin embargo habria muchad cosas que cambiar: 1.-Obligar a los huspedes a respetar el reglamento ya que todos los perros andan sin correa y nadie recoje los excrementos. 2.-Limpiar el frente de la playa del hotel, se que veracruz no tiene playas limpias pero el hotel deberia limpiar su area a fin de que los usuarios puedan disfrutar esa area 3.-Las camas de las habitaciones no son nada comodas. 4.- No estaria de mas poner TV en las habitaciones.

El personal muy servicial, la cabaña cómoda pero los abanicos y ventilador no eran óptimos. En el restaurante el servicio lento, la comida regular y el precio caro. Lo que falta es limpieza en la playa , muchos desechos de alimentos, envases de cervezas y hasta animales muertos. Ojalá Veracruz rescate su atractivo turístico. Avatar

Una muy buena experiencia para todos aquellos que tienen mascotas, la verdad esta muy bien para ellos y en verdad muy económico, claro no esperen cuartos con lujos por lo que se paga, pero están limpios y pues para lo que son realmente. Muy recomendable

Hotel 5 garritas spa para perros :3

Quizás el hotel está lejos y no es el gran lujo para humanos. Pero definitivo es un paraíso para nuestros peludos. Nunca los había visto tan felices. Ademas el servicio al cliente que sus empleados ofrecen es de otro mundo. No ha habido hotel que me haya hospedado que nos hayan tratado tan bien y con tanto cariño. Definitivamente tienen un cliente en mi y en mis hijos caninos :)

Great rustic getaway!

i loved staying here! It was a quiet retreat and I loved that I could travel there by local bus as a traveller without a car! The one thing is there is no restaurant but it was easy enough to hop a bus to a restaurant in the town Anton Lizardo or to go to Boca del Rio! The property is stunning! Right on the beach. I would say the beach could be cleaner. I loved the staff! Anna was very helpful! If you are looking for rustic and beautiful and away from the big tourist hotels this is your spot!

En cuanto al lugar muy bonito por la naturaleza. Pésimo servicio de restaurant mal servicio al cliente. Habitaciónes sin tv baños de la habitación. Muy mal y sin acceso a ningun tipo de tienda. Sólo vale la pena. El lugar por bonito. Lo demás. Aparte de caro es de pésima calidad.

Súper para ir con mascotas

Muy padre silencioso y cómodo. Solo que no te dan toallas para el área de alberca y playa y fue incómodo ya que el primer día no tuvimos toalla para secarnos y tuvimos que ir a comparlas. Por otro lado lo maravilloso y las mascotas se la pasan súper padre. Los empleados del hotel muy atentos y serviciales.

Buena experiencia General

El hotel es muy austero, y tiene la limpieza y orden suficiente. Diseñado para recibir huéspedes que gusten de convivir con sus mascotas de forma libre. Sus instalaciones generales pueden mejorar bastante, pero la naturaleza ayuda mucho. Sus habitaciones son limpias y cómodas. El mobiliario es regular al igual que el servicio. Lo importante es la experiencia general con acceso a playa y mar con tus mascotas. Si eres amante de los perros y te gusta la naturaleza, fotografía, preparar tus alimentos en parrilla o traerlos para hacer comidas con amigos, etc., disfrutarás en grande.
