"The service was impeccable. The staff was very welcoming. They also responded quickly to all of our needs and inquiries expediently and with a friendly demeanor. The rooms were simple and the bed amd pillows comfortable. And the room was cold...in a good way. So often when travelling, one cannot get the temp of the room to a comfortable cold. The location in Casco Viejo was walkable and accessible."

"Only issue we had was the parking. Limited street parking if you are lucky. There is a small internal parking area off of a one way narrow street you can rent for $25 per night. Pay the money. You MUST contact the hotel as you are getting near to open the garage door so you can enter the internal parking space (recommend backing in). Better yet. Take an Uber and leave your car somewhere else. Everything you can want is within walking distance The Expedia information is understated. The rooms are HUGE and very comfortable."

"The Positives: The hotel is beautiful with a cute rooftop dining area and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Location is perfect for walking around Casco Vijeo. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Negatives: The room I had was on the fourth floor with window facing the foyer, so you could here just about everything. Music lasted until 1130pm and started again at 7:30am so couldn't get a restful sleep. Room was clean but bed linen was stained and bath towels stained. If it had not been for the dirty linen and noise level, I would give 5 Stars."

"the property has a lot of potential but left a sour taste in our mouth, I read many reviews but chose to ignore the negatives because of the great central location it was in. the only good thing about the property was the cleaning staff, they kept the place super clean and fixed our room including our personal items every morning. we stayed for 3 days and 2 out of those 2 days we woke up to no power or water, we were told there was an explosion but we were not accommodated with not even a bottle of water to wash our face or brush our teeth. we had to go to a store nearby and purchase a gallon of water. we spend the entire day out and came back late night and the power and water were back on. the following morning we woke up to no water again and the morning front desk agent spoke no english at this point it was our last day and we're were ready to go home. stay there at your own risk, the location is great if you want to be in casco viejo and walking distance to its nightlife the restaurant upstairs was also flop. "

"Very convenient location with many dining options just a short stroll away. Friendly reception and our bags were taken up to the room, as somebody had mentioned in a previous review, there are no elevators. Room was furnished nicely and there was a rooftop terrace area outside which was very nice. The room did not feel clean. I had spilled something on the floor and when I wiped it up, the cloth was literally black. The wood floors were very sticky and the grout in the bathroom was filthy. Around the toilet was furry with hair and dirt. Bedding and linens did feel clean, so that was appreciated. With a good deep clean, I would give this place a 5 star. We also stayed Friday and Saturday night, Friday was fine, but Saturday was extremely noisy, music was playing loudly until 4:27 and then started again on a slightly lower level at 5:03. Since this had nothing to do with the hotel, I'm not faulting them, this is more to warn about the area. "
