"I love this place!! It's clean and well equipped. Even the cleaning woman is nice. They have a texting system with which to contact the very helpful staff 24/7. It is an easy walk or train way to hop around Copenhagen. I like the way we can have curtains open and yet have some privacy. I think the passcode system is wonderful because I tend to lose keys. We have a couple of suggestions going forward:1) the shower in master bathroom moves around during shower time. 2) have shower gel and soap in shower. 3) better description for garbage; ie. recycling items and where to place them. 4) better instructions for stovetop. We needed to use YouTube videos to determine how to operate stovetop. I requested a late check out. Received an approval with no further explanation. On day of departure...
