We had a 4 day stay where the second day there was some fault in a system in the hotel and everybody's ac weren't working plus in our bathroom there was problem in the flush so we requested to upgrade our room and the staff was helpful and polite and they did give us upgraded room on our 2nd day onwards

"Hotel location was beneficial as it was at the centre. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was well maintained. There were lot of varieties in breakfast. Swimming pool was nice as well as parking location. Exceptionally good were there staff."
