Ideally located for exploring our region: less than 5 minutes by car from Rochexpo / La Roche-sur-Foron - 25 km from Geneva and the stations of La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand and 35 km from Annecy.
Our guests will be charmed by high-end services.
On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful entrance, a laundry room with washing machine - dryer and ironing equipment, a guest WC, storage space.
On the first level a very spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a TV lounge.
On the second level, two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm bed and dressing room - a bathroom with corner bath - a separate toilet.
