Its an old hotel but it is well maintained while also keeping quality materials in place. Most staff are trained and professional but also polite and hospitable.

Had a nice stay at the Cali Resort & Spa hotel. Very quiet, very clean with friendly staff. Only let downs was the half board upgrade (I was told I could exchange dinner with lunch, but on my last day I was told I couldn’t do this and had to pay for lunch separately). Also unfortunate they don’t enforce a time limit it on the poolside sunbeds to enable more people to use them during their stay.

We decided to make a booking here after seeing the exceptional rating online. After staying 10 days here we now understand the high rating. Great location, with spacious rooms and everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home.
