The property is underrated, from the rooms with outside showers, amenities and the game roaming around the property and lastly the trail within the property offers a great opportunity to walk or run for relaxation and reflection, we were pleasantly surprised by all of this. "Fantastic location by the beach. We are from Australia and travelling on bicycles. The staff were friendly and gave us a great welcome which is important to us being long term travellers. We were grateful that our bikes were stored safely too. A special mention to Bradley who solved any issues that we had and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The gym had all the equipment we needed, great ocean views too and we enjoyed our spa treatment. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The location is excellent, the place is very clean, and it offers plenty of closet space and a kitchenette. The hosts are very attentive and provide helpful advice on where to go and nearby attractions. I definitely recommend it for visitors to East London and the surrounding areas."

"Check in was nice and quick.The staff not so friendly but very professional. They could use some customer service training and smile a bit. I had a really great room with the view of the pool and the ocean and the garden is beautifully maintained. They skimp on amenities.. no lotion no shampoo/conditioner. I had to ask for more milk, coffee and sugar. They have a minibar in the room but no water in it (rolling my eyes) Breakfast is not the nicest in terms of variety. They only have decaf of offer ridiculous if you ask me. I had fish with savoury rice for supper, it was so delicious so tasty. My time at the poolside was total bliss and the weather didn't disappoint. I extended my stay and the front desk lady was kind enough to let me keep my room. Overall I had an amazing stay!"
