" We had a fantastic stay at the Veronika. The staff make this resort incredibly special. Everyone was so friendly & kind it felt like home for the 6 nights we were there. Our room was kept very clean by the lovely cleaning ladies, the whole place was immaculate. We enjoyed the food, the flexibility to have pizza/snacks if we didn’t want a full meal was great and the Pizzas/pastas were delicious! The views from the pool and our balcony were breathtaking. Luggage carried off boat. Mango juice served upon arrival. Wonderful staff. Waking up to the sights and sounds of the ocean and birds was wonderful. It has good sound proofing so no disruption to sleep or rest. They have backup power generators so no disruption to air conditioning, hot water etc. There are lots of stray dogs around but they don't bother you. 10/10 Excellent

We stayed here for 1 night on our way to another island. It is situated on its own beach about 15 minutes from the airport in a beautiful and quiet location. The staff were very nice and attentive, the food good, the room confortable and quiet and the gardens well maintained. Please note that the lodge's website doesnt do it any justice. It was much nicer than we expected. Overall it was good value for the price and we would return.
