"My girlfriends and I were first given rooms on 5th floor! When we stepped out of the elevator experiences a musty smell which comes from water damage ! Same with the room too ! Ridiculous! We were moved to different floor ! The building from outside also looks like a dump ! After experiencing Shangri-La in Bangalore, and in Singapore, this property was a let down !"

"This booking was an extension to an existing 4 day stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was overall very nice. We were there for 5 days total, it felt like the same staff members were constantly looking for tips (both cleaners and wait staff) despite tipping throughout our stay. Our key cards were deactivated frequently (sometimes multiple times a day) for no reason, requiring us to visit the front desk to reactivate them. The dance club on first floor was very loud and rowdy. The crowd overtook the lobby on Saturday night which was unpleasant returning to the hotel after a day of sightseeing. We were dining in Baluchi restaurant and a woman got into a heated shouting match with the waiter, yelling at him throughout the restaurant, through the diners and into the kitchen. Though entertaining, we were unsettled by the scene."

"Whatever you do - DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! We arrived in Old Delhi (which if you can - would recommend staying more central or in Aerocity), and spend 3-4 hours walking with local people to try to find this establishment. People who had lived in this area for years, had no idea what we were talking about "FabHotel Rivlet Central Delhi". We ended up booking a new place, and are currently discussing with Expedia on how to get a refund. Additionally - FabHotel is known for having certain locations that do not exist. After discussing with local citizens, we will never make this mistake again. Expedia - please take this place off of your website! "

"Location impossibly hard since no cars allowed on narrow street so walking from the golden Haveli to the main hotel was very very difficult . Rooms had no amenities Food was good but you had yo go to main hotel no food on Gokdrn Haveli Nothing in minibar "

"I was supposed to have been booked for an all inclusive rate for 3 nights . Turned out that hotels.com submitted the same rate as for room only. Had to pay extra for breakfast. Poor rating for Hotel.com for bait and switch. "

"The hotel staff are wonderful. They were all kind and helpful. The room was large with 2 windows. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop was great. "
