Situated across the river from town, a step outside the studio offers stunning views--especially at night. Our gracious hosts were there to warmly welcome us and provide insights on local attractions. A butcher and bakery are conveniently located across the street and are well worth a visit. The Tabac down the street serves cappuccinos, so breakfast was complete. We don’t speak any French aside...

Property has a swimming pool! Clean and in beautiful surroundings with greenery!!! Plus nice lawn and flowers around!!! Strongly recommend!"

"The overall property is nice. It’s located approximately 15 minutes by foot to the town center. The big downside for us was the fact that WiFi was not working with any Apple devices. Being able to connect to WiFi is crucial these days and I hope the management can fix this problem for other incoming guests."

"Le Choiseul was a beautiful place to stay with lots of charm and history. Their restaurant was wonderful and I recommend dinner there while staying at Le Choiseul. All of the employees were very gracious. My only two “complaints “ were that our room had no wifi (perhaps due the thick walls) and the shower hose could not be attached to anything so you always had to hold it. Otherwise I highly recommend the hotel and restaurant "

"The hotel is in a fantastic location in Amboise. It is very close and easy walking distance to all the sites in Amboise. It's not a fancy hotel, but for the price the rooms were clean and comfortable and had a good European breakfast. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. "
