Amboise Hotel Guide - Hotels with Parking in Amboise, Centre-Loire Valley

"The hotel is absolutely fantastic - location is perfect (for those travelling by car though), hidden from any roads, closed territory, beautiful chateau and the new building, very nice rooms, super comfortable. Breakfast is average, big deal is the egg station (possibility to order eggs in different shapes) - otherwise it would have been as average (if not bad) as everywhere in France. What was absolutely not understandable for me are the overall skills of the personnel (waiters mostly - the impression was, that all of them were hired yesterday - terrible service at dinner, just terrible. However, would like to say special thanks to the woman serving at breakfast (from Ukraine), sorry don't know the name - great service and attitude, like it should be. But overall, the hotel is great. "

"A Great overnight stay on our travels home from Spain. Clean, fresh modern decoration throughout. Car Park on premises, not secure, but no problems & plenty of spaces. Very good value, didn't take breakfast, will definitely stay again on our trips south..."

"The hotel itself was good. Clean room without any issues. Parking was the problem. Parking is overly complicated, and the ramp caused €2,300 damage to my BMW. The ramp is quite literally the width of my 5 series. The narrowest ramp I have seen in all of France. You would have thought I was trying to bring a Phantom through that ramp because it was nearly impossible not to scrape your car. If you have a small European car, there is no issue, but if you have a larger car, you should absolutely avoid parking at this location. I absolutely regret staying there and parking there. The hotel itself is fine, but the parking situation should be avoided. Park elsewhere and walk there or take an Uber. Stay was nice and finding the location was easy enough."
