"We stayed for just under a week in this hotel and had a wonderful time. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Swimming pool great size and kept clean, table tennis and other games room activities were a great addition. We had food included in our package (breakfast and dinner) and enjoyed the selection at the buffet restaurants. Staff were all very helpful and accommodating. Very friendly and all would go out of their way to meet any needs. Special mentions to Roshan Singh and Bheem Singh (very friendly door men), Ojas and Gaurav at the bars, Chandra and Sandhya in the restaurants and Akanksha in guest relations. Area directly outside of hotel is busy and quite dirty, but easy to take hotel taxi to other areas of Jaipur for sightseeing. "

"Beyond 5-Star Luxury – The Leela Palace Jaipur Our four-night stay at The Leela Palace Jaipur was pure perfection. From the warm welcome with refreshing raw mango juice to the immaculate Palace Rooms refreshed twice daily, every detail impressed. Janvi (personal assistant) was helpful at times especially when my Mom was by herself in the hotel. Rajendra (housekeeping), and Sheeshram (manager) went above and beyond. Dining at Sukh Mahal was unforgettable — an incredible breakfast spread, delicious lunches and dinners, and outstanding service from Rohit and Parvesh. Special thanks to sous-chef Kushboo, who surprised me with a live jalebi station after I casually mentioned wanting to try Rajasthani jalebi — truly above and beyond! The hotel grounds are breathtaking, perfect for relaxing all day. Mid-July heat brought mosquitos, so we enjoyed outdoor visits in mornings and evenings. Only downsides: overpriced taxi rates and generic sightseeing plans from Concierge. One of the best luxury stays I’ve ever had — truly beyond 5-star."

"Excellent property and a must visit. It’s a great place for a family and friends get together. The rooms were super. The Aravalli’s backdrop was a show stopper. The only request I could think of is the car Parking. My car was very dirty when handed over. May be that place was next to the AC cooling plant. If the car is dirty, then it should be cleaned and then handed over."
