Enjoy a stay in this brand-new, fully renovated private studio designed to be clean and comfortable. This cozy corner is entirely yours and offers the perfect place to relax after a day of travel or exploring. Located in American Fork, you’ll be in a central part of Utah County.

This private studio has been completely renovated and thoughtfully designed to feel fresh and comfortable. Guests will enjoy a cozy space with everything needed for a relaxing stay.
This space is part of our home, and our family lives upstairs. You may occasionally hear everyday family activity during the day. We are mindful of our guests and we keep quiet hours between 9 PM and 7 AM.
Guest access:
Guests have private access to the entire studio during their stay. Entry is simple and convenient, allowing you to come and go as you please while enjoying your own private space. There is no backyard or outdoor space available for guest use.
Other things to note:
For safety and security, the property is equipped with a home security system and exterior cameras that monitor outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the studio or in any guest spaces.
Absolutely no smoking, vaping, incense, or pets allowed. There will be an additional charge if the rule is violated.
