"Room was listed as a one bedroom with king bed and a couch. Listing stated the room accommodated 4 people. When we arrived late in the evening and checked in, we discovered that there was no pull out couch. We messaged the host who didn't respond after multiple attempts to reach him until late the next day. Asked for a blow up mattress or a cot to which he completely ignored us for the rest of our stay. "The host and welcome gifts were above & beyond our expectations. Very kind & attentive. We have been renting places for 20 years for our family Christmas gathering. This house was our favorite so far. It was extremely clean, well organized and had all the amenities to make our stay perfect.
