Room was clean. Problem with electric for fridge, microwave, outlets in that part of room. Pool was out of order. Staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was okay, plenty of options. Parking was close.

There was no body wash in the pump in shower, toilet didn’t flush well, used tooth pick by the side of the bed, and pool was closed which we weren’t aware of until we showed up. Despite all that I do like this hotel and feel like those are anomalies. We would stay again.

The room was clean. But,..the shower did not drain well. I contacted the front desk staff person the first day and told them and they did not seem to care. I also contacted them regarding the fact that the shower did not have conditioner or shower soap. 4 times they said that they would get me some. I was out 2 of the times during the day. I figured it would be there byvthe time I got back to shower at the return of a long hot day at 10 pm. To np avail, there, was still none. So, I personally went down to the front desk. Waited several minutes for someone to come up and meet me, and he rudely pointed at some stuff and said..."it's over there". I grabbed it without looking what it was and went back to my room. When I looked at it upon returning to the room it was shampoo and lotion. NOT what I needed! Well...that was a strikeout. And worthless. Didn't feel like dealing with him anymore. So, I showered with the shampoo and went to bed. The bext morning I got up and went down to breakfast at 912 am. (The hours posted are breakfast 6am-10am) They were already cleaning everything up. I really wanted Oatmeal and a bagel as I had a long day ahead of me. Flying, doctors appointments in Colorado and working that night! Once again, not happy. If my employees did that, they would most likely be FIRED.. As the manager was right there, watching this being done. I did ask the kid for a bagel, and he said yes, and went bac and got me one. But, I really wanted the oatmeal.

The facility was fine, but lacked housekeeping during the day between checking and checkout, only 2 flimsy plastic cups in the room, no lotion in the room, and the garbage in the hallway was not picked up and vacuumed daily. The room was very expensive because they had a sports event happening which I feel is gouging.

It was great with parking and breakfast but there was a dog in the next room where we were at the third floor. We could have been placed in the fourth floor or the person with a dog could have been placed in the lower floors.

The facility and staff were very good. We enjoyed the pool, but wished there was a hot tub and a clock. We were 5 minutes late for breakfast and it was all packed up except for the dregs at the bottom of the oatmeal pot. We were able to top it with fruit, nuts, peanut butter, and brown sugar, so not a total waste, but we were still sad to miss the rest.
