"The property was clean, and communication from host was accurate. Location was good but overall, i would not recommend it for more than two people as it is smaller than it appeared in photos and the pull out couch was NOT comfortable in the least as a 2nd bed."

"Location, location, location! We came to Hampton for our anniversary. We had tickets for a concert at the Ballroom casino. It was just a short walk to the venue. The Great Escape II has a beautiful view; just far enough away from the busier part of the strip to enjoy the quiet, but an easy walk to all the fun Hampton has to offer. We very much enjoyed the balcony with the ocean view. I loved the fun ocean decor. Scott left us a wonderful welcome basket. We felt right at home in this cozy place....

"We had a very nice time. Unit was clean, had everything we needed. Location was very nearby the beach and all the main drag action. Loved the added security of the entry door. Very minor hold up was no entry door code was provided to gain access at arrival. A quick phone call solved that. I also did not hear back about an early arrival option, happily we did not need it."

"My husband and I wanted a long, relaxing weekend away. This was the perfect spot. In November it’s very quiet at the beach, which was nice. We walked on the beach, had some great seafood, went to the movies and enjoyed the beautiful view of the water from the condo. I would definitely stay here again."

"Loved this property! Location was PERFECT. We walked everywhere and literally never used my car all week. Condo is very clean, lots of natural light, and cute little porch area to yourself. They have brand new Roku TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Wifi was strong and convenient trash, recycling and laundry on premise. My only feedback would be mattress toppers for the beds, they were a bit stiff… but not a deal breaker, as we’d love to come back again next summer. Thanks for a great week...

"We enjoyed our stay in Hampton Beach, and the house met our needs. Instructions for check in and access were easy to follow. Parking space is very tight. Our rental vehicle (SUV) just barely fit. Beach is nearby, clean and beautiful."

"Loved the 4 mile beach!!! The outside deck is in need of paint, inside is all renovated and is very nice except the floors are all sloping and uneven. Would suggest having some blankets it was chilly. Love the ocean side view and sound of waves!!!"

"This was a very last minute trip same day to be exact. Michael is very attentive and replied right away so we were able to book it for the same day. Stayed 3 nights. Everything about this place is amazing. The view spectacular. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood walked each morning to KB's a bagel/coffee shop which is 10+ as well. "The Wave is wonderful place to relax and renew. The view is spectacular as well as direct access to the beach. Restaurants are a couple blocks away and the evenings were peaceful. The decor has a nice flow and feel. Everything you you need is there… just bring your flip flops!"
