"Fantastic host so kind and attentive. Room was very clean and big comfortable bed with great pillows. Bathroom was huge. Lovely gardens. Convenient to local supermarket. Breakfast was more than we could eat with a variety of fruit, pastries, baguette, cheese, yoghurt and jams. Host asked if we would like eggs too! Coffee tea and hot chocolate too!"

Located in a small village, a good navigation app is helpful in locating the BNB if you’re not familiar with the area. "I had the worst experience with a host. After I booked and paid through Vrbo, for 48 nights for 14 persons, the owner asked for an additional payment of 42% of the price. I thought it is unbelievable. I did not accept this, I wanted to cancel. After some days of messaging, when the emergency state was imposed in France and she realized she will not get other guests, she accepted my offer to pay a small additional amount and finalized the booking.
