"Check in was scheduled for 4pm, we arrived at 4:10 and was told our room was not ready to check back in a hour which I thought was unacceptable especially for not offering something for the inconvenience, late check out or something also they said we would get a text when room was ready an hour and half later no text message. Finally we went to the desk to inquire if the room was ready and it was besides that everything was okay!"
