Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport

Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport

8/10 Good

"I would have liked for the guy in front during check-in to not charge me the deposit without saying so. Then when asked about the charge the same day, he said I hadn’t paid for my room and that’s why it was charged even when I told him I paid $287 on here already he doubled down and then took it back after I insisted. Insane. Hopefully I get my deposit back asap. Otherwise it’s a clean and cheap place to stay."

Motel 6 Amherst, NY - Buffalo

8/10 Good

"A quiet motel with a clean room and plenty of parking. The room with two queen beds was much bigger than we anticipated, and we appreciated the little table with two chairs and the mini fridge. Our only complaint was the lack of shampoo and conditioner, as well as a better body wash option for the shower. The only toiletries provided were two very small bars of soap."

8/10 Good

"Clean hotel, helpful staff, well-maintained, conveniently located. Just a couple of relatively minor issues. The little cafe in the lobby with free coffee was disappointing, as there was no milk or creamer. And soundproofing between rooms could have been better, as I could hear the wake-up alarm (sounding repeatedly) in the adjacent room. Overall good value for the price; I'd stay there again."
