Chalet intime avec plage de 160`, dans un cadre enchanteur, directement sur le bord de l`eau claire du lac de la Sucrerie. Idéal pour les amoureux, amis, et famille, pour s`évader, profiter du grand air et se détendre. Beaucoup d`activités possibles sur place et à proximité. Quai sur le lac, bord de plage privée de 160` de plage Grandes terrasses de plus de 30` de long. Terrain très intime de 35,000pi2. Beaucoup d`embarcations et plus de 20 km de rives à explorer. Plusieurs Sentiers à pied. Le logement Le chalet est sur deux étages. Au premier étage se trouve la cuisine, salle à manger, le salon, une chambre, une salle de bain complète. Au sous-sol rez dejardin se trouve 2 autres chambres, une salle de séjour, la buanderie et une autre salle de bain complète. Accès des voyageurs Entrée autonome avec code numérique. Autres remarques Quai sur le lac, bord de plage privée de 160 pi de plage Deux grandes terrasses de plus de 30` de long. Balcons avant et sur les côtés du chalet. Grand Lac navigable très pur et clair de 5 km de long. Terrain très intime de 35,000pi2 entouré de forêt. Kayak simple et double, canot, pédalo, paddle board (S.U.P.), et plus de 20 km de rives à explorer. Nouvelle cuisine toute équipée avec ilot. Lave-vaisselle. Aire ouverte sur salon et salle à manger. Poêles à fondue et raclette. Tous les petits électros, cafetière et machine Nespresso, huiles, herbes, épices. Deux Salles de bains fraichement rénovées. Laveuse et sécheuse. Literie complète et serviettes incluses. Internet, Wi-fi, Télévision par cable, Netflix, lecteur et films DVD, haut-parleur bluetooth et une arcade 3000 jeux Pandora. Foyer à combustion lente vitré au salon; foyer extérieur avec bois inclus ; pit à feu également sur la plage. Table de jeux Baby-foot et mini-billard. Beaucoup de jeux de société! Chambre des maitres à l`étage principal et 2 chambres au rez-de-chaussée. Le chemin du chalet est très peu passant et sécuritaire en famille pour marcher, faire du vélo. Plusieurs sentiers dans le bois. BBQ et kit de patio sur chaque terrasse, table à picnic sur la plage. Épicerie/boucherie à 7 min. (vins SAQ) Prenez note que pour l`épicerie plus grande surface, elles sont situés un peu plus loin à environ 30 minutes. Il est donc préférable d`avoir fait les courses avant d`arriver au chalet! Nous prenons un grand soin de vous offrir tout ce qui pourrait rendre votre séjour des plus agréables.
