"Communications with the host was excellent. Answer questions and inquiries quickly and with all information we needed. The unit itself is well stocked with all necessary items to make our stay enjoyable. The AC (2 window units) were noisy at night. But the ceiling fans helped with air circulation. The bed in the main bedroom was a little low for us to get up and down but was okay. Did not try the sofa bed. Overall, using VRBO and booking this unit was a good experience. "The home owner was incredibly nice and accommodating. They even picked us up from the train station nearby, and answered any msg quickly. I really appreciated that. Great neighborhood. The actual apartment wasn't quite what was advertised, the place wasn't as classy as the vrbo pictures. Also i thought vrbo was all about having a place to yourself? I was woken up a few times by footsteps upstairs where the owner lives. No laundry detergent, no bbq, 1 1/2 rolls of tp provided. Not worth the cost...

"Many positive aspects Bed was very comfortable right size for us nice to have 2 bathrooms.Negatives wasn’t the cleanest place walls were all marked up mirror in living area was really dirty we had to clean the fridge before putting our food in. Neighbours parked on the grass in front of the place and blocked half the driveway.The listing says they provided a coffee grinder but no coffee machine was provided really?With some attention to detail it could be a nice place to stay but needs work "
