When i arrived ( rather hot amd bothered), the receptionists said I should have called them to pick me up! Once checked in, I called reception three times and room service (there is no mini bar) and no k e picked up. I was told the phone system was not working (although they did get it operating). "Perfect stay. Room was clean, spotless, functional and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - everything was tasty and prepared fresh in small batches. Staff throughout our stay was warm and friendly. We were especially impressed by our restaurant staff from Croatia - he was unfazed despite a full restaurant, gave great and thoughtful service to every table and was really polite and professional. Restaurant served delicious dinners too. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"
