We never turned the TV on once. We enjoyed cruising around country roads only and finding off the wall restaurants and shops. Then reading and relaxing in the evenings. Great Getaway!"

"The hotel is a unique property with many of the quirks that accompany old buildings. Overall, our stay was quite nice and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Check-in was easy and the room was clean and prepared for our arrival and the bed was quite comfortable. We had a few minor room maintenance issues toward the end of our stay, but since they occurred at the end, it did not disrupt our visit. Guests should be aware that, as is often the case with old buildings, walls are quite thin, so the conversations of guests in adjacent rooms speaking in conversational tones could be heard at night. However, recommend a visit for a reasonably priced accommodation with an historical vibe."
