Overpriced

The property is in a great location, but it's significantly overpriced and in need of rehabilitation. The balcony sliding door/window doesn’t close properly—if you pull it shut on one side, it pops open on the other. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed and often reopened even after being shut multiple times. The kitchenette was poorly equipped, lacking basic necessities like proper cutlery, utensils, pots, and skillets. The apartment door lock was wobbly and required a lot of fiddling—pushing, turning, and moving it in just the right way—to open or close. While the view was great, the outdoor electric plugs on the terrace were exposed and lacked covers, posing a serious safety risk. Additionally, the area, though nice, was noisy at night, with sports cars throttling and screeching well into the early morning hours. The super was unavailable when I needed assistance, and the agent responded with vague, dismissive phrases like “welcome” and “no worries,” which discouraged me from even reporting the apartment's issues. Overall, while the location is appealing, the property needs significant improvements and proper equipping. We had to purchase several essentials just to make it through our 12-day stay. Hopefully, these issues are addressed for future guests.
