Excellent service and food! location is outstanding close to everything in a very upscale area. Gold gym is your gym in this hotel 2 delicious restaurants, market, pharmacy, and barber shop are feet steps away. The staff were so professional and helpful security 24 hours! This was my first time staying at the Double Tree in Amman Jordan. First thing I want to say is wow, what a great team that was, I been retired for Eight years and I travel all over the world and I know what a VIP Service is. Double Tree by far exceeded my expectations, and now I am a Customer for live. 5 stars for cleanliness, friendliness, and efficiency. I would like to thank the doorman with the great smile, the security personal for their constancy, the house keeping staff ( Zaid ) for making sure our 2 bedroom unit with the most beautiful view of Amman spotless and always having a smile on his face and lastly the reception staff including management for the quick checking , quick check out and making sure my family and I are welcomed and spoiling us and my little nieces with there delicious warm Cookies. I am so proud of all of you. Thank you ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
