Don’t choose Monument Suites. Stay away.

We had reservations but were turned away and were forced to stay somewhere else.

Had prepaid reservation, hotel full when we arrived. Expedia states that refund is not possible. From reading feedback this is a repeat occurrence with this hotel. Avoid.
