Very attentive and friendly staff. Hotel was really nice! One minor issue with the bathroom but staff came immediately and fixed once we reported it. For the cost point and space of the room— definitely 5 stars. The room and bathroom were both spacious and the halls were lit up with decorations. Also closer to the airport compared to downtown if that’s what you’re looking for.

Our stay at the Opal Hotel was incredible! The décor was beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. What truly made our experience outstanding, though, was the amazing hotel staff. Ibrahim and Bilal were incredibly kind and went above and beyond, even recommending places like Habibah Sweets, which we absolutely loved. Highly recommended!
