"Upon arriving, you go through security and there is someone to help you with your luggage and walk you to the receptionist. The receptionist team are great and friendly. Lobby is simple and clean. It is a smoking hotel though. My room was not ready so I went to have lunch. At the restaurant, they didn't really have a non smoking section so the waiter sat me inland of the restaurant which was away from the window and views. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. I loved the detail...
