Our only slight disappointment was that the villas were 3 miles away from where Expedia said they were!! The staff were extremely helpful to assist us in communicating with Expedia however. "
"We arrived around midnight, reception was closed but easy to get in. Breakfast was continetal, fantastic. The room was amazing, especially the tub on the patio. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows.
The whole room was spotless, cleaned daily with fresh towels.
The staff we met were all very griendly and helpful.
Location was fab, a minute from the beach and restaurants.

"We loved our stay at Meliti hotel, the staff was very nice, and we are already missing the wonderful view. Breakfast was lovely and different every day and the hotel was quiet and relaxing. As the hotel is located equidistant from Agios Nikolaos and Elounda you would be better with a car, although at the bottom of the street there is the bus stop for both places. Nearby tavernas we tried were also very nice. "

"We were delighted w our room w its own private pool. Buffet food was super and easy to change for lunch instead of dinner. Staff were very polite and helpful. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Would def recommend for couples and families. The resort is in a steep incline so less suitable for people w mobility difficulties. Ag Nik is a surprisingly lovely town w great restaurants and shops near the lake. Beach near the hotel was perfect. We hope to go back next year! "

Place is quiet, full of families with very well behaved children, teen children, and couples looking for a relaxing time. All amenities are great - likely recently renovated. Food was delicious, didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel for 7 days. Sun loungers are high quality and comfortable. Room is spacious. The staff is on another level of professionalism. Shout out to Simos - professional, kind, going above and beyond day after day. Very impressed. From the waiters, cleaning staff, reception stuff - everyone was absolutely great.
