Dans l'ensemble l'hôtel n'est pas mal, bien situé ... L'accueil très moyen, la chambre était disponible à partir de 15h (mail reçu), arrivée à 16h, le check out nous dit que la réservation est en cours et personne à l'accueil, jamais vu ça. On a du attendre que quelqu'un vienne Et le ponpon un veritable enfer pendant la nuit qui a duré pendant 2h, les portes qui claquent, on se demande vraiment ce que faisait les gens comme s'ils bougeait des meubles, une vrai cata. Après l'hôtel n'"est pas responsable des incivilités des gens mais il devrait y avoir néanmoins quelqu'un.. Vu la nuit passée, cela mérite vraiment un geste commercial !!!!! Nous ne pensons pas revenir dans cet hôtel avec mon conjoint

Alles ist alt, kaputt, ungepflegt und insgesamt einfach unterirdisch! Es geht nicht solche Zimmer zu vermieten, das Hotel mus dringend kernsaniert werden!

Le personnel est vraiment top !!! On a bien dormi bonne literie... Par contre le ménage laisse à désirer aspirateur pas fait depuis au moins 1 semaine traces de gras sur les poignées... peinture des murs défraîchie, tables de chevet cassés, tete de lit usée et la table défoncée... traces de rouille au sol et dans la salle de bain évier fissuré et pas de pression dans la douche !!! À 70euros la nuit pas du tout contente...
