"I asked for a double queen suite and was given a single queen. There was none to very little hot water to shower. The water was very cold. The trash cans were small and did not have liners in them. "

"There was no soap by the bathroom sink. Staff said shipment was delayed. No one could go to Costco to buy emergency bars of soap? During our four-day stay we had to pump body wash from the shower onto a tray to be able to wash our hands in the bathroom sink. Bathroom sink faucet had very little pressure and the hot/cold taps were opposite of what you would expect. Lobby was a mish-mash of seating and shapes and not attractive. Exterior was very unattractive."

"Parking was in a shared lot. The pics are deceiving. We tried to get a refund but was told no. The entire experience was horrible. The ac did not work and the hotel staff did nothing to fix it. We asked about another room and was told they were all the same. I would not recommend this hotel. We ended up just leaving and going to the Hilton. "

"Purchased room at this hotel and paid more than rates of other local hotels due to being part of the Marriot brand. That was a mistake. The hotel is run down and ready for a makeover. I have stayed in many lower level hotels that were in better shape than this hotel. Not satisfied with this hotel at all"

"All staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, very clean rooms and parking was great. Only problem we had was locating a luggage carrier. We had to carry lots of heavy luggage to the car. We asked the lady at the front desk (late afternoon) and she said some people take them in their rooms and use them like a closet. Not fair for other guests. I would recommend this hotel."
