"This hotel was great. Family room was very spacious. Bed and towels were high level. Staff was above and beyond. A couple of spiders around the room I had to deal before sleeping due to the high allergy level my daughter has but normal for a room above a river immersed in nature. We unfortunately expected to try the restaurant on Sunday evening but it closes on Sundays. "A Hotel to Avoid This hotel was a complete disaster, with dirty rooms infested with ants and spider webs, a bathroom that reeked of a foul smell from the faucet, and a parking lot overrun with large rats. To make matters worse, the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful when I reported these issues, showing a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, my stay at this hotel was a nightmare from start to finish, and I would strongly advise others to steer clear of it."
