"Amazing room with a fantastic bathroom ~ there were shutters which could be opened so you could enjoy the lovely view from the bath. We were thankful for the hot tub after a long day on the bikes between Ucluelet and Tofino (highly recommend hiring e bikes as the ride through the forest is awesome). We had breakfast in the restaurant and the views are stunning."

"This was a perfect getaway for myself and two young children. The balcony was a bonus to sit and enjoy cup of coffee and watch the marina. The room had a cabin or cottage feeling, it was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is a lot of stairs as others have said that can be a little challenging. Overall an amazing place to getaway and really feel like your on vacation."

"Room was clean but lacked a few things as we come to go fishing every year for two days and we cook our two evening meals and go out for our last night. I assumed because it has a kitchen there would at least be salt and pepper, none. Also no medium to large bowls to make a salad. The amount of utensils was weak. Good sized fridge but it froze a number of our vegatables. We turned it down. Still go back its just 2 min to Jap dock."

"Nice large suite, but putting senior citizens on the third floor wasn't helpful since the units don't have elevators. There were no real "amenities", no restaurant or breakfast available. Parking was also a challenge. But the location was nice in a very pretty spot"

"This unit was beautiful with everything in good working order. The location was quiet. The lock box was a little finicky and a small washer dryer in the unit would be a huge upgrade. There were some hot tubs sitting there that did not appear to be functional. But the overall appearance was exceptional."

"We had a wonderful stay here with our pup! We really appreciated the thoughtful welcome touches, including a dog bowl with treats and a separate towel just for our dog. The unit was well equipped with plenty of towels for both the beach and bathroom, and the kitchen had everything needed for 1-2 people, including utensils, dish soap, tea towels, paper towels, and other essentials.A nice touch was the reusable shopping bag provided for guests to help reduce plastic bag use. We actually loved it so much that we wanted to buy one as a souvenir, but unfortunately couldn’t find it for sale anywhere! There were only a couple of minor issues. The air fryer had been overlooked during cleaning and still contained a few leftover nachos from a previous guest. It wasn’t heavily soiled, and we cleaned it ourselves in a few minutes.We also used the pullout couch, and the mattress was quite worn, with the springs being noticeable. We managed for the first night with an extra duvet, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service. The rental agency checked in to make sure everything was okay, and when I mentioned the mattress situation and asked for an extra blanket, they delivered a mattress topper within the hour. It made a huge difference, and I slept wonderfully afterward.Overall, a great place with responsive and caring management. We’d happily stay here again!"
