"Right at the beach, the Orni appartments are clean, and a bit away from the crazy cities dotting the Costa Brava. The host is friendly, and the rooms were clean and nice. "Honestly, just no. First, they put us in an adjacent building that felt more like an apartment. When we arrived, the room had a half-drunk bottle of water left in it and the toilet seal had been ripped open. They fixed it, which is fine. But then we discovered that all the spa facilities — which were nice, except for the pretty but lukewarm "hot" tub — cost an extra 10 euros per day. Towels were 4 euros. Our room had a kitchen, apparently, but it was locked; you could access it with a deposit for 2.50 euros a day. And the rooftop pool that sold us on the place was closed for the season. So much nickel-and-diming. Not interested in staying there again."

"We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay! We weren't expecting to stay in L'Ampolla but are very glad we did! Our sea view provided amazing views!! The room was very nice and spacious! Only issue with the room was there was quite a lot of bird droppings on the window. We were very close to a wonderful beach and we went on a couple great hikes along the Mediterranean!"
