"I’ve stayed here before and loved it. Specifically room 208. The shower in it was nice (must have been a wheelchair accessible room?), it was clean, smelled good. I stayed recently and it was like a stay from hell. We were put in a more outdated room with an older shower, which is whatever, just disappointing. But the people in the suite next to us, SNORING, coughing like they had tuberculosis all night long. We kept getting knocking on our door multiple times through the night on our first night, our second night we got a phone call. 2AM mind you, so we are sleeping like the dead. Then there were old crusted boogers on the wall? I love everything about staying at the castle, but I love my sleep not getting interrupted even more. So I’m not sure if that was other guests or staff, but it was weird. Parking is fine, it’s off a residential road near a children’s playset, it’s located in a cute small bit of the town, and throughout the day and night you can hear the train pass by, which is a personal favorite. "

"Hampton Inn saved our weekend. We were staying at a different Inn. In the same area that really disappointed us. So much that we couldn’t bear to stay another night. So I went back to the website & found a room available with Hampton Inn, where; we originally wanted to stay. It was quite a pleasant & different environment & experience from the other place. Even with renovations going on, tge Hampton Inn, did NOT disappoint. Excellent service, staff was very professional, the whole place was clean & newly renovated room, with a buffet breakfast included. We will definitely stay here again or book with their franchise. "

"Airport shuttle excellent. Windowshade in room broken: couldn't put it up in the morning, so room was very dark. Breakfast fine but no one keeping up with coffee (until asked) or cleaning off tables, etc. Generally pleasant staff. Room comfortable except for shade issue."

"Worst hotel stay I can remember and I have stayed in hotels for nearly 200 nights over the past 7 years. The hotel itself is fine and the staff nice enough but there is a club next door and they play loud music until 2:30 AM. I couldn’t sleep more than 3 hours each night because the noise from the club. And the hallway noise is terrible, slamming doors and loud people but that died down around 11:30. I have learned a painful lesson to check the businesses nearby a hotel for when they close to prevent another awful sleepless stay, And to top it off the hotel refused to refund any portion of the stay. Horrible experience, worst stay ever, never stay here again. "

"We were allowed to check in a bit early which is great when traveling from afar. Rooms clean and a nice restaurant/ bar. I do wish they had a jacuzzi but the pool was nice. Overall I would recommend this hotel"
