Quiet and clean. The front office closes at night but is reaching with contact in their door. At the back of main commercial area, it’s quiet, relaxing with seagulls frequently flying over. Uber is very limited in the area; local taxis are fast in response.

Great location, nice place for the price. The only thing was that the white bathroom sink had black & brown spots. I don’t know if it was flawed or dirty but it was not nice to look in the sink.

Very nice clean and spacious room. View of marina and Cap Sante where spectacular..I extended my stay more nights just because of how comfortable I was . Nice restraints within walking distance ,check in was a breeze and staff where all very nice. Will be back for sure.

This is a type of hotel that is typical for a small fishing town that Anacortes ultimately is. It's not fancy, it's not modern, but it's clean. And that's all you really need for a hotel like this. The bonus star from three to four stars is how helpful the check-in staff and ownership is. I arrived unexpectedly, well after their office closed, and not 10 minutes after I booked on Expedia. I called the manager and I was in my room 3 minutes later. I've stayed in in $500 a night, five star hotels who had far worse service.

Hotel doesn't have a/c so a little inconvenient on hot days. It is very convenient to the main street and Piers for walking around. It's a very nice older hotel.

From checking in till I left everything was great . Room was very nice clean and spacious. House keeping was accommodating and made sure that I had everything I needed. Which I much appreciated defentily will be back .Great views of marina walking distance to dining ,shopping , and other things you might want or need. Thank you Cap Sante inn for a great 6 day stay . Looking forward to next stay

Evidently this place is under brand new management and it is HORRIFIC! I was called a liar by the manager in so many words for asking the staff to honor their offer from the day before for me to pay $50 to extend our stay a few ours while our car repair was completed locally (the whole reason we stayed there overnight in the first place). The cleaning staff is lovely, especially the Latvian lady. Otherwise, there is no A/C, bed covers are ripped, the ‘marina view’ is literally just a window opening up to a busy road with loud traffic all hours of the day/night. Absolutely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Desk clerk from hell. This hotel is clean and in a nice location in Anacortes and I had pleasant interactions with two of the women in the reception area. However, I attempted to extend my stay and one particular desk clerk was rude, deliberately misleading and unable to complete simple computer functions. He also lied about the hotels Expedia interactions, refused to seek assistance and insisted I had to pack up by 11am and change rooms because "Expedia assigns the rooms and we can't change them". Because of this experience, I chose not to stay another night though I had already paid for it ...I packed up and left. There has been no follow up from the owners, or a refund, after I followed up with a phone call.
