Good deal for easy access to Disneyland. 15 min walk to the parks or walk across to the Toy Story Parking Lot to get a free shuttle to the parks.

The property was nice. The staff was friendly. The actual hotel room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this place. It was close enough to Disneyland that made it easier.

The hotel is close to Disneyland and close to places to eat, the shower curtain's were little old and the water leaked from the shower out to the bathroom area, when the AC unit was turned on it expelled a weird bad odor, I’m not sure were it came from. Beds were noisy when turning around. The breakfast options were also not the best. Convenient if your just going to Disneyland back and forth but not for an extended stay.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly. It was no frills which was fine since all we did was sleep and shower. Check in was easy, there was plenty of parking. Only downside is thin walls and ceiling. We were on the first floor and we could hear the footsteps from upstairs. The free breakfast was great. Included hot food and cereal, toast, bagels, coffee and juice. Overall a good experience and would book here again for a budget friendly stay.

The hide-a-bed should not be counted as a bed. It is so unbelievably uncomfortable. We had to get a roll-a-way bed which they want to charge you $50 extra dollars for. Breakfast was the same exact thing everyday. Very little to no options. Not a good breakfast. Hot tub was broken the entire time we were there.

My family and I booked this hotel for our family Disneyland trip. 10/10 was about a 20 minute walk to the parks. As well as they let us do an early check in, which helped us a lot. Will definitely recommend as well as book again in the future.

Cortana is by far my favorite budget hotel. The proximity to Toy Story Parking Lot and the ART Bus as well as the park itself are nice. I've never had a dirty room in the 4 times I've stayed and any time I need to add a guest or add a night, staff accomodates. I highly recommend.

Love it every time we stay here. We have stayed at other hotels in the area and this one is our favorite by far. Great stuff great environment good continental breakfast free parking and walkable to Disneyland

The beds most comfortable! Dated smelled but priced well and the showers were nice and the area was nice. Good breakfast. The place was nice just taken back by the smell when we walked into our room and how dated the place looked compared to the pictures but besides that’s not bad. Parking gets full so hurry and get your spot.

Had a room hidden in the corner due to early check in, a/c didn’t work blew hot air out entire stay. Too hot and could t sleep. Let staff know and no response. When we checked out they said they’d let maintenance know. Hairs (pubes) all over shower/tub upon arrival. Pricey for what we got.

We live in LA, but thought it would be nice to stay a night or two for a small staycation. With that said, we are very familiar with the area and can say that the stay itself was not so great but the location was convenient. I woke up multiple times throughout the night because of my surrounding neighbors slamming their room doors and yelling and honking their vehicles at 4am through 6am. Some of us are still asleep at 4am and would like some considerate peace and quiet time. We were located on the first floor and can hear walking steps from the room above us. Could be a nuisance if you're trying to sleep early and they are still moving around and about. Another thing that I rated poorly was the cleanliness of the rooms. The bed for some reason, caused me to itch the whole night. I have sensitive skin and can't tell if that's because of the detergent used or if it's just dirty. I also found a couple small hairs in my bed that did not belong to me. And the restroom smelled of someone else's B.O.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We didn’t get to use the pool because it was too cold but it looked very clean. They have underground parking with lots of room. Very easy to get to Disneyland driving or just a short 20 minute walk. CVS is just a short 5 minute walk if you forgot anything. Will definitely stay again.

Cockroaches in room. Property needs updating- photos on website are misleading. The room was poorly lit with industrial lighting and had a musty smell. Furniture, carpet, AC, bathroom were run down. Hot tub broken. The AC was oddly close to one of the beds and had a pack of chemical beads in the unit -presumably to help with the smell? However, staff was nice and parking was included.

Everything was satisfactory and staff was very nice. It was a bit noisy on the first floor with people above us and outside. Pillows were awful. That wouid be my biggest complaint. They were very bulky and in pieces inside the case. Continental breakfast was perfect.

Neighbors around us were very loud and immature. At one point some of them were running up and down the aisles with a target cart they stole. All that is fine I get that things happen but our door was the worst. It would Not open easily. We had to keep putting our card in and try to push it open multiple time for it to open.

The property is close to the park and the availability of transportation was convenient. The breakfast that was offered is not the best but it was nice to have. Parking was free so that is a great feature. Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly.
