Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please sort and separate trash-land fill from recyclables, paper, cans, water/glass bottles, to void overflowing trash. Leave some trash bin space for the next guest.

Clean, beautiful home, super close to Disneyland. Our whole family loved staying here and the kids didn’t want to leave. They loved running around the large backyard and playing pool! Will definitely book again in the future.
Check in was easy and convenient. The owner responded quickly with my questions. The bedroom configuration worked perfectly for our family. Having 3 full bathrooms was a plus.
From start to finish this was a great stay for the Disney Parks. The house is located about 20 minutes from parks, walking and about a 5 minute Uber or Cab ride. We enjoyed the nightly fireworks, pool table, comfy beds and the owner is fantastic. The neighbors are very friendly and it is in a very safe and lovely neighborhood. Traveled to Disney with 5 adults and a 5 year old. The house is perfect proximity to the parks for an active family…a short 15-20 minute walk right to the entrances. The house provided plenty of space for all of us to have our own beds and the three bathrooms were a plus. There were plenty of towels and the bathrooms were clean and nice. All of the tvs worked well. The kitchen and living area was spacious and although we did not use the backyard area, it is large and well kept. There were plenty of dishes and cups, and pots and pans for cooking. A few negatives for me…the house has an odd odor, possibly mildew from the rugs? Not sure. The pillows on the couch and a few on the beds also smelled like body odor/mildew and need to be replaced. The overhead light in the kitchen is broken which makes it seem very dark while trying to cook. The dishwasher is literally tipping out of the counter when you open it. These things could use some attention. Overall, a great family vacation. Thank you.
We are a family of 5 adults and 4 kids. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom house was perfect for our family of 9 people. We stayed 3 nights. The house is about 1 mile from Disneyland and we took Lyfts to and from the park.
Angie, the manager, was very responsive. I only had to call her one time about the light in the patio that was not working. She told me that the heavy rains affected the light. The kids played pool in the daytime.
Here are a few things that I would like to call attention to.
1. Patio light above billiard table doesn’t work.
2. The shower in the 2nd bedroom needs a plumber to look at. Sometimes there’s no hot water and other times it was fine. .
3. We know it would be a huge undertaking to have more wall plugs. It was a problem charging our devices as 8 of us had iPads
Or iPhones and there were not enough plugs.
Maybe the owner could have extension cords available and it would take care of the problem.
Here are some positive things.
1. The kitchen was fully equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, lots of dinnerware, silverware. We left the house early in the morning and got back late. We just had simple food for breakfast and did not cook.
2. The house was very clean. Comfortable beds with extra pillows, towels and blankets.
3. We loved the keyless lock on the front door so we didn’t have to worry about keys for entry.

Communication was excellent with host and we were able to check in early. The house is close to Disneyland but it would be a bit of a walk to get there due to the route you’d have to take to get there. It suited our needs perfectly.
Spacious, comfortable home. Great location for visiting Disneyland or the California beaches or exploring Orange county. The beds are very comfortable, plenty of towels, kitchen is great too. You can see the Disneyland fireworks from the back yard, they are so close you feel like you are in the front row. Amazing restaurants within 15 minutes in any direction. Uber was less than 5 minute wait.
The size of the house and proximity to Disneyland are wonderful. The house could use some tlc. Some of the cabinet doors are loose and the grill doesn't work correctly.
The home is located in a great area for Disneyland. The yard is very spacious. Everything went smooth and we enjoyed our stay. Definitely will be back here again.

Stayed 3 nights at the W Beacon Property for a Family Disney mini vacay. The property was nice with lots of space. We were a family of 7 and definitely could easily accommodate the 10 person occupancy. Nice to have private garage parking. My only complaint would be the walking distance to Disneyland. It is a little farther than expected. We had to drive and park in the Disneyland garage. Too far walking when traveling with kids. The property is close but you have to walk around a mile and half because it’s not a straight shot.
