6/10 Okay

"This hotel was overall a decent place to stay. Staff was nice and the location was perfect. However the beds were uncomfortable and the cleanliness of the rooms was not great. we stayed in the family suit but my parents stayed in the queen suit and they said their beds were much more comfortable than ours was. Overall for the price, location and size of the room I would give this hotel a solid 3.5 stars."

"Ok…. I can not take away the amazing front desk clerks on arrival and departure. (Check in staff was more helpful and amazing though) :-) However, they are most definitely in need of upgrades… the fact that they can charge the prices they do is only because Disney is not far and it’s more “financially feasible” for a family of three+.. we did get upgraded to a “StarWars” room. It was mostly just posters and stickers on the doors and walls. We appreciated it because it was more room for three toddlers. Pool and hot tub was good and the separate kids sprinkler area was a good time for the kids. Again, staff amazing, Building, rooms, and hallways need major upgrades."

"The hotel was very close and within walking distance of Disneyland. It was nice we could leave our car in the parking lot after checking out. On the downside, the lobby’s floors were dirty with noticeable spills, the furnishings are a bit rundown, there were no extras in the room such as an ice bucket or shower caps. It was fine for one night."

"The room was clean and the hotel staff were attentive to its care. Fresh towels and sheets every night. Shower pressure is a bit weak and slow to heat but it's fine. Our room's shower was extremely slick even when dry so use of the shower mat is highly advised. Beds were firm--a bit too firm for my liking. The air conditioner was efficient and cold. Every convenience is within a short walking distance from the hotel, with the convention center about ten minutes away and Disneyland the same. The front office staff were very friendly and accommodating. They certainly helped us feel welcome, and necessary processes and questions were a breeze. Although we didn't use them, there is a small fully automated convenience shop on the hotel grounds as well as a laundry facility for those that need it. Overall if I was to come to this area again on holiday, I would happily choose King's Inn Anaheim again. 👍"
