Wonderful Stay

Just what we were hoping for. Super close to Disney, so we were able to avoid the headache of a rental car. Dealing with James was great and he accommodated several request for our group which really improved our experience even more. We will be staying here again next time we visit Disney.

Condo was great!

Family Disney Trip

My family of 4 enjoyed staying in this condo while we all traveled for a big family trip to Disneyland. The property was easy to locate and easily accessible to the garage that had multiple strollers for us to choose from. My kids really loved the themed room with a variety of books. We had a comfortable stay with all the amenities provided, thanks again!

Best home base for Disneyland

This property is conveniently within walking distance of Disneyland. It was clean and easily accommodated our family of 7. There were plenty of blankets and clean linens. Communication with the property owner was always clear and he was prompt with responses to questions.

Disney X-Mas '22

Great property for our family of 4! Double-stroller in the garage was perfect. Easy walk to Disney by crossing the street and heading through Disney Downtown. Place was clean and had everything you needed. Thanks to James for his quick communication throughout our stay.

We loved this place! James, the host, was very friendly and helpful and everything was exactly as advertised, if not better! Our only regret is that we played so much in the park, we didn't get to spend much time in the house. Our next trip to Disneyland will definitely involve seeing if this property is available again. Thanks so much!

First trip to Disneyland.

We stayed in the townhouse 4 nights. It was a great location, walking distance to both parks and downtown Disney. We parked our car and never moved it. The townhouse was comfortable, more suited for a family, because the second bedroom had a bunk bed with great costumes for the kids in the closet, but no room to hang clothes in the closet. Could use more plates and the fry pans updated. Could use a TV guide or let know what carrier so we could have looked up in it phone. But over all a great place to stay would come back again. James was very accomodating, left us winner and sparking water in the fridge and a snack basket. Lots of toilet paper, laundry soap etc.

Disneyland home base

We stayed at James’ place in Hermosa village for 4 nights. We are a family of 4 with kids aged 4 & 6. It was the perfect base for our Disney/south California break. It only took 20 minutes to get there from John Wayne airport, was easy to access and had all the comforts of home. A well furnished house with kitchen and laundry. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and a lovely sheltered patio for adults to enjoy after the kids were in bed. As a family we used the community playground and pool area too which were also clean and well maintained. Although only a 10 minute walk to downtown Disney and a further 5 to the park gates, we found the sturdy strollers in the garage absolutely invaluable at Disney (we packed them full of snacks and waters) and also used the beach equipment provided. The house was very clean and had all the necessary linens, as well as laundry detergents etc. We all really enjoyed our spring break escape to the fun and warmth of south CA! Thankyou James 😊

Family Trip To Disneyland

Host is amazing and inside of property is cute with everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the availability of strollers is a big deal for our young family. We would certainly stay here again due to the host, inside of house, and proximity to Disneyland. However, the community needs a facelift badly. Exteriors of some of the neighborhood units are literally falling apart. Never felt unsafe or anything, just doesn't make a very good first impression when you drive up and walk through the neighborhood. It gave me a moment of dread when we pulled up thinking "what did we get ourselves into" and it was a shame because everything else was great. I know the host does not control the appearance of the entire community and previous reviews from last year indicated that the HOA was in the process of renovating the building but I only saw one or two of the buildings in the community with a rejuvenated exterior. Stay here, you won't regret it, just know its not a bright, shiny, new condo complex.

Everything was great. Really the only complaint would be the bunk bed mattresses. They need to be replaced as you can feel every spring. Maybe just a topper. The place is adorable and a quick walk to the park.! I would stay again for sure

Away from FRAY:Close to the ACTION

This conclave of condos is as close to Disneyland Hotel as the main Disney parking lots. Our 70 year old selves had only an 11 minute walk to the Disneyland Hotel where we could walk through the lobby and right in to Downtown Disney. This unit is ideally set up for a good size family but not ideal for adult couples. (1 king bed, one bunk, crib, pack and play and a pull out ) Fun decor, a variety of princess dresses and yes, the PAC Man game works! Should you end up here make sure you get to Joes Italian Ice and Cortina’s Italian Market early in your trip because you will want to go back. Owner communication was always timely.

Super close to Disneyland!

My son has food allergies, so we always need a place with a kitchen when we travel. This is the perfect place to stay to walk to/from Disneyland, especially if you need a kitchen. It is basically directly across the street from the Disneyland Hotel.Host always responded super quickly and was always helpful!

Great spot close to Disneyland

Great themed condo. My kids loved it. This place is just on the back side of the Mickey and Friends parking structure. So it's a fairly short walk to Downtown Disney. The Downtown Disney Security checkpoint is less busy than the main Disney entrance on the Harbor Blvd side.

Great location for Disneyland

Great location. We walked to Disneyland and California Adventure each day during our four day trip. Location is close enough that we were able to come back to the unit for mid-afternoon breaks. Easy to clear security and take the shuttle/tram from the Mickey & Friends/Pixar Pals parking structure or just walk through Downtown Disney entrance. Unit is as advertised. Clean and well stocked with essentials.

Amazing home base for Disney trip

Our family stayed here for our first Disneyland vacation. It was a great setup - 2 free parking spots, strollers available in the garage, kitchen, washer/dryer, kids bunk room, 3 bathrooms total. Those were all things that a standard hotel room wouldn't provide and this place was just as close or closer than many hotels' walking distance. The setup was great and helped our family have a great first Disney vacation. My kids (5 and 7) were enthralled by the books in the kids room, and my daughter loved the princess dresses! If we return to Disneyland in the future we'll absolutely want to stay here again.

Disneyland dream

The place is about a 20-minute walk to Disneyland - you will need to cross a street to get to Disneyland Way. It's a great rental with everything you need - we didn't do much in the kitchen, but all there if you need it. We enjoyed using the stroller - just be mindful of the map, there is another 92 in that complex but the map they provide is essential. The manager was quick to respond and helpful. I would say if you have kids that do not know how to go up and down stairs, be cautious because the stairs are narrow and a bit steep. My daughter (2) is a pro at stairs so we weren't as worried. It was quiet at night (besides the 9:30 fireworks) and comfortable bed. The location is close to the freeway, close to Orange, Garden Grove, Westminster - lots of good food close by.

Clean, comfortable, fantastic location

We spent a fantastic week here in late July and loved the clean, comfortable apartment, pool and hot tub, and short walk over to Disneyland.
