My family was woken up on the first night of our trip at 11pm by a call from the front desk. The woman on the orher end told me that there were multiple noise complaints about my room and she knew I had a dog in my room as well. I tried to explain that we were all asleep and there was NO DOG. She told me that they had cameras and I would be charged if they saw me with a dog. I again said that there was absolutely no pet in our room and hung up. The next morning, I went to the office to see what had been misconstrued. On my way, i saw cars double parked, parked in fire lanes and no way out of the parking lot. I was treated rudely by the woman at the desk who claimed it was another person on staff who had made the call. No apology was given. I also asked about the parking lot and was told not to worry because most people would be leaving for Disneyland soon and it would clear out. This is just not the accommodation that I prefer for my family in the future. I have emailed the Ramada with my concerns and have received no response which tells me that one family just doesn't make enough difference to them.

Guest are very noisy at 3:19 am people yelling,laughing slamming the door next door.the waffle makers are very old and the waffles have a smell like old they need to be replace this was my second time in this hotel but I do not recommend this place at all is not worth it but you get what you pay for it was reasonable and free parking very limited too very disappointed about the noise at all times.Highly recommend upgrades

This property was nicely updated and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very good and the lady staffing the area kept the tables cleaned off well. The rooms were very clean. Parking was a challenge because the site was fully booked, but valet service was quick to take care of us, that was very nice. My only complaint was the noise. People in the rooms above were loud and noise from other guests outside. The weather did not allow us to use the pool area, but it looked clean. Oh yes, bring your bottled water, the water for sale in the lobby was very pricey.

This property looks to be in the midst of a change of ownership from Travel Lodge to Ramada. The exterior and grounds still need some updating. Negatives- Our room door had no thresholds and light/ noise came through. The maids laundry baskets/wheels were very noisy going down the halls outside the room in the morning The dining area where breakfast is served there is not much seating. The jacuzzi is very small. Positives- interior room was clean and updated. Kids loved the bunk beds! The breakfast had a lot of variety. The staff allowed us to early check in.

The room looks upgraded and very clean. You can smell the cleanliness and freshness of the room. I especially love their 2 bedroom with bunk bed. Absolutely ideal if you love space. The front desk staff Isaac was very helpful with good customer skills. Perfect for his job! He was so willing and happy to provide good customer service. I appreciate you! The valet parking attendant was also very helpful. (Sorry I didn’t get his name). If there’s a negative I have to say would be their breakfast selections. It was not appetizing at all. Otherwise, it was an absolute delight to stay in Ramada by Wyndham in Anaheim Convention center. Will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Terrible value for price. No water upon checkin. No parking available. Cars keys had to be left or no parking. No room cleaning service unless requested. Shower pressure is very low. Looks like a motel, not a hotel. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Staff interrupting private conversations. Feels unsafe and dangerous.

Parking is limited. We arrived after midnight and there was exactly 1 parking spot and it was tight for my mid-suv. The office and rec areas are closed after hours so if you need to use the restrooms after a long drive you will have to wait until you are checked in or stop before arriving. The room was clean, bed was springy and there is breakfast provided in the morning.

Staff was accommodating and friendly. Convenient walk to the shuttle for Disneyland /California Adventures, for breakfast, and it was awesome that the hotel did not charge for parking. We’ll be back!

The property was nice, recently remodeled, mostly clean, beds comfortable, . Closet was small, but did have space to hang. It was nice, but definitely no extras. For the price, location, free wifi, and free breakfast, it was the best deal around. I would stay here again.
