    New beautiful 2500 square foot home in a safe neighborhood. Only 5 minutes drive from Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, Honda Center, Angel Stadium, Knott's Berry Farm, Soak City and Disney Downtown. Sitting in heart of city of Anaheim and close to everything. Walking distance to parks, churches, restaurants. 15 mins drive from Huntington Beach, New Port Beach, Corona Del Mar beach. Only 45 mins from LAX, 1hr drive to Hollywood, Universal studio. 90mins from Sea World, San Diego zoo,and Lego Land.

    The house has an open floor plan with spacious living room, family room, formal dinning room. One bedroom and full bathroom downstairs, suitable for the elderly and is wheelchair assessable. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms. One large room with two queen beds . One mid sized room with queen bed. One master suite with full bath and a cozy nursery room with baby crib. Large living room and family room with well equipped kitchen and entertainment system. 3 Full baths. LCD flat screen TVs with Direct TV & Netflix, video games, unlimited high-speed internet access. 2 cars garage and good 5-6 parking spaces. Frontload washer and dryer provided for easy laundry. Strollers, high chair also available. Enjoy our private back yard BBQ, sitting areas with beautiful heated pool and spa.
    Amenities: community park, jacuzzi, central air conditioning, fire place, internet access, flat screen TVs, backyard, and Laundry room.

    ATTENTION: There is a Pool/Spa heating fee per night of 75$ for pool heating and 35$ for spa heating if you use the pool heater. Please ask owner for more details. If you decide to use the pool heater , please let us know at least 1 day prior.

This was a great home for our family trip. It is close to Disneyland and about a 45 minute drive from Universal Studios. The home was clean and spacious, giving all 7 guests room to relax. The pool offered a good outlet for the kids, with a nice covered outside patio to eat or just hang out. There were lots of sitting options for family dining. The kitchen was well equipped with any item you would need to cook a meal. The home is close to many restaurants if you are wanting to eat out and multiple grocery stores if you are wanting to cook your own meals. The bathrooms were pretty standard for a Vrbo rental but clean and there were A LOT of towels.

This is an amazing VRBO that is close to the airport and to Disneyland in a very nice neighborhood.The host communicated great the checking instructions and we really appreciate they worked with us as our family with the pool situation so we really were grateful for everything you did for us!!!This fits a family so well because it is very spacious, there are three bathrooms, it is well equipped, and we just really enjoyed our stay at this property!! thank you thank you

This house was perfect for 9 adults. Plenty of room for all of us. The few questions/issues we had were handled quickly. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and there were plenty of towels, blankets, etc.

Great home with a lot of space.

House was perfect for our group. All the adults had their own room without being stuck on bunk beds! Large living spaces made it so everyone could have space to do their chosen evening activities. Pool was very cold, but with our time being spent mostly out of the house we couldn’t justify paying to heat the pool. We really enjoyed it and would, possibly will, stay there again.

Great for large groups!

We had 8 of us stay at this location (4 adults, 4 teens). Really clean, really great communication, and close to the Disney parks! We would definitely stay here again. The pool in the backyard was the best part of every night for all of us, made the trip extra special for the kids!

Best of both worlds

This house provided the amenities of staying at a hotel and also the convenience of staying in a home. There were plenty of towels, blankets, dishes, and everything you could need. The pool was perfect for our family to play in and it was a very short drive to Disneyland. They had everything that we realized we forgot and so many helpful items, we couldn’t have asked for more. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful!

We stayed there over thanksgiving weekend and the house was great for 4 adults and 3 kids. the location was perfect to visit Disneyland and also the ocean and very close to John Wayne airport. The home had everything we needed. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but hey, it’s not home. Toilet paper was thin, so we purchased some from the store and there was no washcloths or klenex’s. But overall our experience was great. Home had everything we needed. I would stay there again if we are headed that way.

The place worked out very well for our family gathering. The accommodations for our wheel chair bound family member was important when finding a place and it didn’t disappoint. Everyone was comfortable. The property manager was very responsive to calls and inquiry about how to heat pool. The bottom of pool does need resurfacing. Overall great place

No complaints at all. The house was big, beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The rooms were big with comfy beds, everyone fit comfortably. There is the pool which we didn’t use much as it was chilly out and didn’t want to pay the extra fee to heat it up, which was a bummer. But in the summer months I bet it would be great! We booked a family trip to Disney, which was about a 10min drive or less which was the best to get back quick after a long day of fun. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and there were many businesses around which was nice (food, gas, etc.) Nice area. The check-in and out process was very simple as well. Very pleased with our stay. Would book again if we return.

Overall, our stay was pretty good. Plenty of room in the house for the 4 of us, and very comfortable. Neighborhood felt safe and no issues with neighbors or noise. Very close to all amenities. A few negative things about our stay: the house was mostly clean, but some of the floors and walls were visibly dirty. The outdoor pool area was also not very clean. Central air did not seem to work in a few of the bedrooms upstairs, however they did provide many fans so we were able to make it work. Last, the pictures of the home and pool are manipulated to make the home and pool appear bigger than they actually are. We were a bit disappointed that the photos were misleading.

I rented this property because of the beds that were in pictures. When we arrived we were two beds short of what we had planned for. They did give us two mattress that we stacked on the floor to be more comfortable but that wasn’t until after 11 o lock at night when she was notified at 6:45pm. I was told the pool would be cleaned on Monday afternoon but my girls woke up to a man in the backyard on Tuesday morning. The house was very clean. There were multiple dirty dishes in the cabinets. There was mold on the wall in the downstairs bathroom and staines on multiple walls. The location and neighborhood were nice. It was only about an 8 minute drive to Disneyland and there was a park around the corner. I had really high hopes for this property. I think if they did a good deep cleaning and worked on communication it would be a great place.

It was great until bed time

Property was good. Home is in good condition smelled very nice when you walk in. Very clean downstairs in the living room and kitchen. Kitchen looks newly updated. Lots of space for a big family, we were a group of 10. Downstairs bathroom needs the ceiling cleaned. It has mold above the shower. There was plenty on linen and towels in the home. Our biggest complaint was one of the bedroom upstairs with two beds. These beds are on plywood being used as a bed frame. Also they separated the mattress from the box spring and put a mattress topper on top of the box spring to count as a second bed. That is not acceptable to use or list as a bed. They really need to update the beds and frames in this room so no one gets hurt walking around the plywood. We went to Disneyland and my husband was not thrilled how hard the bed (faux bed) was to sleep on after spending 15hrs at Disneyland. Also the floor was no swept or vacuumed in this room and it is hardwood, so all the dust and dirt sticks to your feet. The home is nice but the beds need to be updated. If it wasn't for the bedroom with this awful beds and the bathroom ceiling mold, I would have given the home a 5 star review.

Amazing stay! Great location and the house was perfect! All the kids loved the house and with having 5 almost adult kids it’s always hard to find a house that gives them all a place to unwind and relax.
