"This was a great place for us to stay for our Disney vacation. We walked straight across the road and were in the park fast. The staff was great and super friendly no matter what time of day we went to the desk. The rooms were refreshed everyday and clean. The pool was closed for maintenance while we were there (May 2024) but we could go the neighboring property. There is a little convenience store on the property which made it easy for our daughter to get milk for our grandbaby. Great place to stay."

"I WASN'T IMPRESSED THAT THE HOTEL FRONT DESK STAFF COULDN'T OFFER INFORMATION ABOUT HOW TO GET TO LAX AIRPORT, OR HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST. I WAS HANDED A CARD TO A PRIVATE DRIVER THAT ASKED TO CHARGE TWICE AS MUCH OF AN UBER!! THEY NEED TO KNOW WHAT TO TELL GUESTS AND HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE COMING FROM ANY OR ALL AIRPORTS! "
