The location was perfect — close to restaurants and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. Housekeeping did a great job, and I appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property. "Staff were excellent! Truly amazing with their dedicated focus on guest needs and comfort. Room was OK with the bathroom needing some attention especially the stained bathroom / shower floors. We had to request a change of bed sheets & bed blanket due to stains and a tear in the bed sheet. Overal a beautiful unique property."

"Hotel is excellent, views are spectacular and staff are wonderful people. They go above and beyond. I've deducted 1 star because the hotel rooms are not wind-tight and have no permanent heating, despite being in a cold location. Hotel owners, please fix this!"
