Third time at this lovely property which is well presented and homely. Has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We love the local area and go off exploring in the car every time we visit.
The town house was very clean and tidy. The directions to the property did not allow for the fact that roads around the property were closed for maintenance. The pool immediately adjacent to the property was under repair but the pool shown on the property details was in fact a short distance away and was fully functional and had recently been refurbished. In general the house was clean and very tidy although a little tired. That said we sis have an excellent holiday.
The place is lovely clean anything you need bedrooms lovely and there’s a swimming pool lovely clean there are maintenance workers come everyday all around the properties such a lovely place too have your holiday
Another little gem on this lovely quiet complex. Well equipped, clean and modern little house with sheltered back porch with access to the communal pool. Very well thought out for holiday makers with everything you could need. Beds were super comfortable and blackout cutrains made for a great nights sleep. We love Anarita and will definitely be back and recommend to friends.
makersWe love staying in Anarita
Very comfortable and spacious house … everything was there that you might need… comfortable beds and living room sofas, immaculately clean thanks to stu and Ann who are always on hand should there be a problem … car really needed but there are two excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk..communication with Ernst was excellent..There is nothing negative I can say about the property.
A lovely little house, on a beautiful complex, in a peaceful village. Spotlessly clean on arrival, great communication with the owner, friendly neighbours and a fabulous pool. A car is a must (we already knew the area and always hire one from the airport) but if you want a peaceful getaway, or a base from which to explore authentic Cyprus, whilst only being a 20min drive from Paphos town and all that it has to offer, 5mins from the main highway and 10mins drive to the beach and several other nearby villages with a great choice of tavernas, supermarket etc, this is perfect. Highly recommended and would definitely book again!
My husband and I spent 10 nights here. The house is clean, tidy, set out well and a convenient location. A car is useful for properly exploring the locale.
The closeness of the pool is great for a quick dip in the heat and with loungers and parasols for the sun-bathers.
We'd happily stay again.
A note that the nearest recycling facilities are in the nearby village of Mandria which has bins for paper, plastics and glass. They're in the little car park opposite the hairdressers. Unfortunately, the council doesn't do kerbside collections.
This property met and even exceeded our expectations. It was more spacious than we imagined from the photos and every conceivable appliance and facility was provided right down to some complimentary tea & coffee so we felt right at home from the start. The apartment was spotless and so well equipped that we did not need to call the on site managers until we got home. We eventually did contact them a few days later when we thought we had left some small personal belongings behind and they promptly checked and confirmed that nothing was to be found. We subsequently found the missing items in one of numerous pockets of our backpacks!!Communications with the owner were also excellent prior to and during our stay which in this day and age of AI chatbots is very reassuring. We had a hire car during our stay which is really essential in our opinion in order to get around. All in all we really enjoyed our stay at this property, no complaints at all and would highly recommend to anyone as long as they have access to transport to get out and about.
Perfect house ..everything you might need was there ..spotlessly clean thanks to Stuart and Ann who are always on hand should there be any problems..

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
The property itself was nice and in a nice quiet area which is why we booked it , unfortunately only 1 of the 3 pools was in use and that was only avaible halfway through our 10 day holiday so we were left for the first 5 days without a swimming pool
We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. The house was very nice and spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Ernst was absolutely a great host who responded quickly to any question we had. The area is quiet and in easy driving distance of shops, supermarkets and Paphos city centre. Would highly recommend.
Overall was OK. Clean, not lacking for any utilities and the pool was great! One issue we had was not knowing how to turn on the a/c and then when we were told, finding out it was on a 2 hour timer. So at night in the summer, it involves getting up to switch it back in again. I think communicating all of this beforehand, could have really helped.
