Reception staff friendly and helpful. The maintenance guy could be heard saying “there British so I’m not helping them”- which isn’t a great intro to a place. Rest staff were helpful and pleasant. Pool area is good plenty of sun lounges. Drinks menu was good. Hotel clean and spacious. The place lacks any atmosphere and is dated. The food was limited in choice and often cold/warm. Feels no attempt in the public areas to make the place appealing and was just functional. It is close to the coral bay strip which is good.

A great stay after the initial disappointment of being allocated the wrong type of room. The adults only side of the hotel is excellent, we loved the quiet areas on the lawn, the pool and adults its bar are a real plus. We spent a little time in the main pool, the bar at that side is very tired and the wine selection poor. The staff throughout the hotel are helpful and the food is good.

Could not fault this hotel at all. The food and cocktails were amazing, the rooms were amazing and the Tom Ford perfume outside each room was a lovely touch. We even got an eye mask and scrunchie off the maids one night. The maids were lovely and kept our room super clean and changed our towels constantly! Sense beach bar is a 3 minute walk from the hotel too (lovely place for food and drinks) Special shout out to Joe, the pool attendant who brought cold cloths over to us when it was so hot to cool us down and also cleaning our sunglasses each day :-) Will definitely be coming back!

The resort is perfect in terms of location and facilities. The parking space is wide and easily accessible. The staff are welcoming. The room is spacious and very clean with very good quality of mattresses. The restaurants are generous with a wide variety of choices. Their bar and drinks are excellent. The pools are very clear and their view/access to the beach is astonishing!!! The only comment is that the GYM is a bit small and poor. I would definitely recommend this resort.

A good hotel but. It living up to its 5* rating. In need of some maintenance especially in the pool areas at the swim up rooms. Also on need of refurbishment in a number of areas. Rooms in block A are tired looking. Lactate restaurants are good although quite expensive, especially the grill terrace restaurant.
