Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located Girdwood condo! Featuring 2 beds, 2 baths, and a total of 3 beds accommodates most groups. Newer built condo complex featuring the Alaskan charm and feel with a view of the surrounding mountains.

The Space:
3rd floor condo located in the secured building on a quite street. Lots of outside parking next to the building. Featuring 2 bedrooms with 2 queen beds; and a pull out couch; 2 full bathrooms with bathtubs; full kitchen with all amenities; hot tub and nice spacious space in the garage to dry your gear.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire condo.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet residential street and neighborhood. Close to the city grocery market, walking distance to restaurants, Girdwood brewery, quick drive to the Alyeska resort and ski lifts. Girdwood shuttle access is close access for free public transportation around Girdwood.

Getting Around:
Walk to the Mercantile, close restaurants, Girdwood brewing or take the shuttle around Girdwood

Other Things to Note:
This is a quiet building: quiet hours to be observed after 9pm and until 8am. no pets and absolutely no parties.

Great space!

Nearly perfect! Comfortable and cozy beds. Clean clean clean! Perfect stay for two couples. Hot tub was warm and ready for us when we arrived. Close to virgin falls and a great restaurant double musky (sp) (probably have to drive to both) Comfortable seating. Big TVs in all rooms. Not Handicap accessible. No grab bars in the shower Thanks for the elevator. Which we didn’t find until after we lugged our suitcases up) We had a wonderful Mountain View. (Well allOf Alaska has a wonderful Mountain View!)

Rented because wanted a place with hot tub which we couldn’t use as it had so much cleaning products in it .. looked like a bubble bath as there was so much cleaning froth and my partner immediately broke out in an allergic reaction .

Love condo layout ... appreciated having thick toilet tissue, shampoo, conditioner and body wash ion bathroom. Beds were very comfortable ... Kitchen appliances had not been wiped down ... fingerprints and a few dried runnyKitchen counter had a big sticky area and floor around table was VERY sticky ... definitely something had been spilt and floor had not been mopped…footprints even showed on sticky area and made our shoes sticky. Just wanted u to know this so u could have a conversation with your cleaner ... other than that the condo seemed very clean.

Very Comfortable

I'm still missing that bed - it was so comfortable! Nice cotton sheets & light down blanket! None of those yucky microfiber sheets, I hate those. It was a great birthday getaway. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the hot tub was clean and nice. The check-in process was easy, well described in the ad. Only two drawbacks: the towels - maybe some people like those kind, but just not what I'm used to. There were a couple of traditional towels as well. And my friends said the mattress in the master bedroom had a slight valley in the middle, but not too bad. Overall it was a very nice, clean place. Very quiet, and I'm a light sleeper. I only noticed a bit of stomping around next door, maybe kids, but it didn't go on much past 10:30 pm. It was probably only noticeable because I'm not used to sharing a wall! Great place to stay, much better than the overpriced hotel!

Accommodations were ok. We need to check in an hour or two early and were charged 50. Our stay was less than 12 hours due to flight times and then to be charged an additional 50 when the unit was empty was uncalled for. We will not stay here on our next trip.

VERY NICE CONDO!

We came down from Anchorage for the holiday weekend and to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This property is extremely clean, updated, very comfortable, convenient, quiet, and the communication with the property managers is quick and efficient, We would absolutely stay here again. The icing on the cake was the hot tub! Again, it was extremely clean, smelled very fresh and not like heavy chemicals, and the temperature was perfection! Great stay!

Amazing Stay

Awesome property - highly recommend!

We booked this property for a girls weekend (hot tub, Netflix chick-flicks in the cozy living room) but also perfect floor plan for two couples - spacious and well appointed bedrooms (amazingly comfortable mattresses) each with full bath and ample privacy since bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit. Great location - walking distance to several yummy restaurants and a very short drive to our fav Double Musky! Highly recommend Casa Rentals (my 2nd time renting through this property company) and will be the first I contact for future stays in Girdwood!

Excellent Location

We had a great time at this condo. Our unit was on the third floor and has an elevator. This was perfect for us and we enjoyed the view from our deck. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms are above average size and the living room furniture was comfortable. Overall, we rate this property with all stars! The only thing we would encourage is to provide basic things in the kitchen such as, saran wrap, any kind of cooking spray, a few basic spices, a few medium sized serving bowls for food and some salad sized plates. Anyone planning to stay here needs to be aware that these types of things are not included. Also, where as the beds, pillows and bedding are excellent, the towels are very very thin. It would be a bonus if each guest had one towel that is more plush or thicker when getting out of the hot tub or shower. Speaking of the hot tub, we enjoyed it so much. We also found the property manager to be very responsive to our needs. We will be back for another stay in the future. Highly recommend.
