On the bike trail system, this centrally located home is in the U med district. Cozy and bright on the inside with unique furniture, free WiFi, and soft organic sheets, all bedrooms and full bathroom are up a flight of stairs. Full Bathroom with a bathtub, shower and toilet. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and half bath. A 4th queen bed can be set up in the living room if needed. Blackout curtains in every room, along with heavy comforters if the temperature dips, we have thought of every detail to make your stay welcoming. Coffee in the garden or in your private yard, there are quiet spots for you to relax in our beautiful Alaskan sun. There is a Bocci Ball court in the yard as well. Walk out the front door and you are on the trail system that connects to our scenic Coastal Trail. You can get you to University Lake in a 5 min walk, Russian Jack Park or Goose Lake in 12. For a longer walk or bike ride, Campbell Creek is about 2 miles away (You can also float the creek on an inner tube) and Westchester lagoon is about 6 miles away. Less than a 5 min drive to Providence Hospital or ANMC, 6 min to Alaska Regional Hospital. About a 15 min drive to the Alaska Zoo, and about 20 to Flattop. About a 30 min drive to Thunderbird Falls, 45 minutes to Girdwood or Wasilla. Street parking big enough for an RV. A great location for any Alaskan visit as its an efficient access to the main highways that get you everywhere on the road system!
