Extremely friendly staff, clean hotel. The only downside is the train that passes nearby at night so be sure to bring extra rain machine and earplugs.

The Wildbirch is an excellent hotel. I stayed for a week for work and the room was clean, good sized, quiet and comfortable. The staff were so helpful and kind as well. The restaurant menu needs work but the bar is fabulous. Will be back!

Initially, we were given a room that was nor cleaned properly. I contacted front desk and they moved us to a better room. This is a nice hotel, clean, and seems new. The decor is nice, and it is centrally located.

The hotel was clean and updated. Felt comfortable and quiet. The breakfast food was okay. Overall, I would recommend and would definitely stay at the Wildbirch again. Also, there is a $15 a day parking fee that wasn't disclosed. Just so you know.

This was such a great place to stay. Very walkable and central for tours and dining out, it was a safe and quiet location in downtown. The hotel itself felt very smart and upscale, with contemporary fittings and good attention to detail. The room felt spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The whole hotel was clean, including the fitness center, which had modern and working equipment. Dining options on site were very good, as was the small store at the front of the hotel selling coffee, snacks and souvenirs. Would have no hesitation in staying here again next time I visit. Everything I wanted and needed on site, with friendly and welcoming staff.

For how large and how many rooms this property has, it was clean and well maintained. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. While staff at restaurant were so nice and attentive, food was not good. Location was amazing so you have a lot of great options to eat out that are really just steps or short walk from hotel. Very close to airport, bike shop and Tony Knowles Coastal bike path, right at the start. Super close to the Alaska Railroad depot for our train departure. We enjoyed our 3 nights there immensely.

Great team here. While the design and access to guest rooms required stairs, the bellman was ready and attentive making check in fast and easy. They kept our luggage while we walked Anchorage waiting on our evening flight.
