About this property

Charming little home near downtown Anchorage

  • This cozy home is walking distance to a park with a huge playground, dog park and trail system! You will enjoy the convenience of being 8 blocks from downtown with a wilderness feel. Public transportation stops are located close by and a locally owned small grocery store a 20 minutes walk away. Large driveway accommodates 2 vehicles and there is additional free street parking as well. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a dinner theater. This is a two bedroom and 1 bathroom house, large flat screen and beautifully decorated with an Alaskan theme. There is a Sleep Comfort king bed in one bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a sofa sleeper that makes out to a full size bed in the living area. You will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and a 9’ farmhouse table to gather around for an Alaskan meal!
